Welcome to Off Grid — a classic Cape Cod cedar-shingle home on a quiet side street in Dennis, Massachusetts. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps 12, and beautifully updated throughout. This is a family home we love and enjoy with our own kids, and we're happy to share it with guests who want a genuine Cape Cod summer.
Minutes from the best public beaches — Mayflower, Corporation, Bayview, and more. Central AC and mini splits keep every room cool all summer. A fully stocked modern kitchen, Smart TVs throughout, new washer and dryer, gas grill, fire pit, and a big private yard give you everything you need for a perfect family getaway.

Classic Cape Cod cedar shingle exterior with a brick chimney, front lawn, and a large gravel driveway with plenty of parking. A peaceful neighborhood where kids can play safely.
Backyard
A large, open private yard — plenty of room for kids to run around and toss a ball. Great on a sunny Cape Cod afternoon.

The dining area slider opens directly onto the backyard and patio. Easy indoor-outdoor flow all day long.
Patio, fire pit & grill
Brand new stone patio with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a fire pit. Perfect for Cape Cod BBQs and s'mores after a long beach day.

Open and bright with a shiplap fireplace wall, large wall-mounted TV, plush sofas, and warm hardwood floors. Flows straight into the kitchen — great for keeping everyone together.
Kitchen
Fully updated with white beadboard cabinetry, quartz counters, gas range, stainless fridge with water dispenser, dishwasher, and a large island with bar seating.
Dining area
Sunny eat-in dining with a round table, rattan pendant lighting, and a glass slider that opens directly onto the backyard patio.

King bed with upholstered headboard, blue dresser, round mirror, and bedside lamp. Mini split AC and wall-mounted TV.
Bedroom 2 — queen (upstairs)
Queen bed with blue bedding, blue nightstand, wall TV, and mini split AC. Calm and comfortable with great natural light.
Bedroom 3 — queen (downstairs)
Queen bed with coastal ocean artwork, blue dresser, and warm hardwood floors. A peaceful room with a classic Cape Cod feel.
Bedroom 4 — queen (downstairs)
Queen bed with wall-mounted TV and a dedicated desk workspace — great for anyone who needs to get a little work done.
Bedroom 5 — bunk room (downstairs) — sleeps up to 6
Two sets of white bunk beds — 2 fulls on the bottom, 2 twins on top — with a blue dresser and seahorse artwork. The kids' absolute favorite room. They will fight over the top bunk every single night.
Bathroom 1 — fully updated
White shaker vanity with quartz countertop, matte black hardware, hex tile floor, and a large glass-enclosed shower.
Bathroom 2
Full bath with stand-up tiled shower, beadboard wainscoting, and updated fixtures. Two full baths keep mornings smooth with a full house.
Washer & dryer
Full-size washer and dryer in the basement — pack light and stay as long as you'd like. Great for rinsing and drying beach towels all week.
